Global Law Firm Free Consultations (434) 660-9701

A large number of todays Military, Government Contractors and Federal Employees have a Security Clearance. If you are someone that has a Security Clearance and are in jeopardy of losing your Clearance, you should me at (434) 660-9701. I am a Security Clearance Lawyer with experience defending clients with Security Clearance matters. Your Security Clearance is vital to your job, if you lose your Security Clearance you lose your job.
I have experience defending various matters related to Clearances including hearings at the Defense Office Hearings and Appeals (DOHA) in Washington, D.C. If you have received a Statement of Reasons or maybe walked off site by security and you have a Security Clearance, you should call me. Quite often the Government will issue a Statement of Reasons without taking into all of your specific circumstances.
There are several reasons the Government may issue a Statement of Reasons, all of which are listed in Department of Defense Directive 5220.6 outlines the various reasons or violations that could give the Government cause to issue a Statement of Reasons. These reasons include but are not limited to defaulting on depts, failure to safeguard classified information and Allegiance to the United States of America. One of the most frequent cases were the Government issues a Statement of Reasons is a delinquent debt.
I represented one client recently that had delinquent student loans. He had a Security Clearance and was serving in the Military at an overseas base. The lender had no way of knowing where to send the delinquency notices to and put his debt in collections because no one was responding. In any event, the client called me and I was able to sort the matter out for him with the Government. Using my experienced representation, I was able to spend time with the client collecting information and other assurances which utilized a full Response to the Statement of Reasons that helped him keep his Security Clearance.
If you have a Security Clearance and you have a bad dept, the Government could deem you a threat to National Security and take your Security Clearance. The ideology behind that is that you may be easily tempted by a foreign country to being compromised. At the Law Offices of Christopher G. White, P.A. we put together a package that shows the Government that there are more things to consider then just the delinquent debt. We will sit down with you an take the time need to adequately represent you to DOHA. Your Security Clearance is your job, your livelihood, its not something you want to lose.  This is why, if you have been issued a Statement of Reasons, you should call me (434) 660-9701. I am a Security Clearance Defense Lawyer with a Global law firm that can represent clients all over the world. Even if you decide not to call me, you should certainly retain legal counsel for your Security Clearance Defense matter.
