Have you received a Statement of Reason for mishandling classified information?

What is a “Guideline K” Security Violation?
The Concern with  a Guideline K Security Violation is that noncompliance with security regulations raise doubts about an individual’s trustworthiness, willingness, and ability to safeguard classified information. If you have received a Statement of Reasons or walked off site, you most likely will want to call me, a dedicated Security Clearance Lawyer. One of my previous clients received a Guideline K Statement of Reasons.
As detailed in the Statement of Reasons, my client had called into question his willingness or ability to safeguard the classified information. The Statement of Reasons didn’t detail any classified information but was about the handling of said information. My client has been accused of leaving information in unsecure locations in the office. Leaving lockers and drawers that he was allegedly responsible for, unsecure. When the government issues classified information to people they do it on a “need to know” basis. They isolate pockets of information so that not every body knows everything. This creates a “more secure” way of protecting information, because if one person becomes compromised, the entire project may not become compromised.
For those reasons, it becomes important for each individual in an office to protect there assigned classified work. So that the government can bifurcate the risk of information jeopardizing national security. My client had been accused of repeatedly mishandling the information, not just once. And, he had been warned by his commanding officers before regarding his mishandlings. My client had been working at this job for over a decade and was significantly stressed out when he got the Statement of Reasons. If you receive a Statement of Reasons you most likely will want to contact a Security Clearance Lawyer. Even if you decide not to contact me, I suggest you contact somebody because your most likely going to want a professional, experienced and well put together Response to what is essentially a complaint. If you lose your Security Clearance it will most likely be losing your job and that is your lively hood. Please contact me for any of you Security Clearance matters. I have helped Military, Federal Employees and Government Contractors with their Security Clearance matters. I have represented U.S. Military personnel on bases in Asia, the Middle East and down the street.
Please note that none of the foregoing should be taken as legal advice and if you have a legal matter you should most likely contact an attorney, even if you decide not to call me you should probably still get in contact with some lawyer.
