I pay referral fees to other lawyers. You refer the case and one day most likely get a percentage check.


I pay referral fees to other lawyers for personal injury cases and most insurance claims. The amount the client is charged is the same whether I pay a referral fee to another lawyer or not. Therefore, the percentage the client get of any settlement obtained for the client is the same whether another lawyer refers a case or the client comes to me directly. Allow me to take my experience and obtain a settlement or verdict for a client that came to you. Maybe it is a practice area that you don’t do or are to busy to handle the case.

            My experience can be used by your firm for any case overload. I focus on handling matters as efficiently as possible for clients. Pre-suit or Litigation, I have experience with both. The percentage of Attorney’s Fees is negotiable, within reason. Whether you would like to work on the case with me or just allow me to use my system, it is negotiable. I fully inform the client of the agreement before work begins to comply with local bar rules. I must know at the time of signup that the other lawyer is requesting a referral fee. There must be a written agreement for me to pay a referral fee. If a client comes to me and I don’t know it was you who sent the client, it will get hard to determine once the matter is resolved.

Tractor Trailer Truck Accident

A Distribution Center is generally a central location that Semi-Trucks go to load and unload their Tractor Trailers. The case I worked on was where a tractor trailer truck driver was hit by another tractor trailer truck.
