Driver killed and passenger taken to the Hospital in Lynchburg Virginia Crash

 


As a general matter, an injured passenger in a car accident always has an Insurance Claim they can pursue for compensation. Recently, there was a motor vehicle accident involving a passenger in Lynchburg, Virginia. this was a particularly tragic accident as it resulted in the death of person. It was reported that a speeding vehicle crashed into a maintenance truck at the intersection of Rivermont Avenue and Early Street. Tragically, the driver of the vehicle was killed in the accident. Though I would need to review the police report and do an independent investigation to completely determine liability for the accident, the passengers of either vehicle would most certainly have an insurance claim for damages. A Distribution Center is generally a central location that Semi-Trucks go to load and unload their Tractor Trailers. The case I worked on was where a tractor trailer truck driver was hit by another tractor trailer truck.
