 A Premises liability accident is an insurance claim or lawsuit wherein the plaintiff pursues compensation for having been injured on a negligent property owners premises. Premises liability claims can entail numerous scenarios that in injury.



Perhaps the most common premises liability claim is the well known "slip and fall" claim. This is when a property owner neglects to maintain a safe place for patrons of their business. In the United States, these claims are highly particular and if you have been in a slip and fall accident you should contact an attorney to properly evaluate your claim. He dropped his phone down the side of the couch cushion and reached down to try and find it. When he reached down to try and find his phone a syringe stuck him several times. When he examined the syringe it turned out to be a used hypodermic needle, the kind used for shooting up heroin. There was evidence that suggested the needle had been there for quite some time.

Tractor Trailer Truck Accident

A Distribution Center is generally a central location that Semi-Trucks go to load and unload their Tractor Trailers. The case I worked on was where a tractor trailer truck driver was hit by another tractor trailer truck.
