Why you should not post anything about your case on the internet.

After a car accident a lot of information is typically unknown. There still needs to be an investigation of the accident. The responding officers police report most likely has not been written. Generally, how the accident happened is not established. This is an important consideration when posting information about your accident online. As a general matter, it is best if a client does not post information about their case on the internet.

Why you should not put information about your case on the internet.

Quite often, persons say inaccurate things online that have nothing to do with the actual events that took place regarding an accident. Sometimes, information posted online can later be used in court to portray a set of events that were not what you meant to portray when you posted about your accident. That is perhaps the biggest reason you should not post anything about your accident online. Even if other people are posting information about your accident online you should ignore it and disregard, most certainly not responding. Though your intentions may have been harmless, it could affect the outcome of your case. The lawyer for the insurance company may use any social media postings to impeach you in court.

In any event, if you have been injured in a car accident, you should call me. I am a car accident lawyer and have represented numerous clients for auto accident cases. I have represented clients in several states across the U.S. Last year I settled a case for $100,000.00 all over the phone and internet. I also take car accident property damage only cases and settle those for clients. Recently, I secured an offer for a client of more then double what the insurance company was going to pay him initially for his property damage claim. If you get into an auto accident you typically have several claims related to property damage and injuries.

Please note that none of the foregoing is legal advice nor should be considered a legal advertisement, if you have a legal matter you should most likely contact an attorney. Even if you decide not to call me you should probably still get in contact with a lawyer. The Law Offices of Christopher G.
