Motorcycle Accident In Jacksonville Florida Resulted In Fatality

 


On January 25, 2021 a twenty nine year old man on a motorcycle was killed in an car accident in Jacksonville, Florida. I am certain this is a troubling time for the family and thoughts and prayers should be afforded them. The fatal car accident occurred on Beach Boulevard in Jacksonville Beach Florida. This is a highly trafficked area and popular with tourists.

The motorcycle accident took place at approximately 4:30 p.m. A sixty three year old man was traveling eastbound on the Boulevard around Beachwood Boulevard when he allegedly improperly changed lanes. Depending on the outcome of the investigation, the driver may be facing charges for this motor vehicle homicide. The drivers van struck the motorcyclist in the left lane. This caused the motorcycle to travel off the street and into the median eventually colliding with several trees. The motorcyclist was reportedly wearing a helmet at the time of the accident. Unfortunately, the twenty nine year old motorcyclist died shortly after being taken to the hospital.
